Grout for green backsplash

I decided on this daltile aloe 4x4. Planning to do offset. Ideas on grout? It seems lighter make the grout more obvious but mid range look somewhat dirty. I've never been a fan of dark grout but wonder if that will help grout to disappear. Please help.

I grouted my dark green tile with a light silver-grey grout, lighter than what you show in your pic.

I'd go to the tile store with a couple pieces of your tile and look at the grout samples in-person if it were me -- you need to see the color effect in-person before committing.

I got these grout samples from them so that is the best I can do with them. What grout did you use and what are your cabinets please? I bought the mapei grout refresh in warm gray to just try on a sheet of paper, drying now but is very nice with the countertop.

What samples? All I see on the screen is what looks like a screenshot. You don't have any tile stores in your area? Stuff looks a whole lot different on-line than IRL.

My tiler used TEC Power Grout in Light Pewter.

Is this a DIY install or have your hired someone? If you've hired someone, I would ask him/her to try a couple grout choices between two tiles. A pro tile installer will have some grout colors on hand and should be able to make a quick sample for you.

Not loving that gray-green tile with your cabinets and counters. I think it will look quite "muddy" once it is installed.

My photos do suck, sorry. I have been working with a tile store, that is how I have tile. Grout samples are from then, trying to see what works best with cabinets.

I am unsure what is meant by look "muddy", but my photos are not much help. My counter leans cool but the picture makes it look more gray than it actually does

Here's how different grouts appear with the same tile.

You might want to try this grout in SEAFOAM.

@BeverlyFLADeziner, thank you. I'm struggling because I can't determine if it is better to have grout that shows is light, or a color that blends. I'm concerned about the busyness of light vs looking like one swath of green if using a dark or blended color.

Here is my tile with the TEC Power Grout in Light Pewter:

With the brighter tone of your counter material my vote is to change the tile to a much paler choice. Green or even another color.

@Vertesol I have nearly decided on warm gray, so thank you for the confirm!

Finished project and exceptionally pleased. As I noted before, the countertop reads bright white in these pics but is warm gray with cream and flecks of brown - MSI Gray Lagoon. Paired with warm gray mapei grout and caulk, kitchen is fab.

I love a green backsplash (and porkchop's blue one)! (Of course I'm biased because I also have a green backsplash.) Very nice - enjoy!
