My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Help me decide on bathroom layout thanks!!

Hi folks

We live in a 3b2b unit in Melb and are about to renovate the main bathroom. I have real difficult to decide on the layout - keen to get your input:


Here is the existing layout:

main issue is we could only find bathtub that is 1600 long and there will be an awk gap next to bath and toilet which is getting wasted; plus a dead corner impossible to clean. And we dont have $$ to tile around the bathtub.



Alternative is below:

This resolves bathtub issue however leaves us with small toilet (730 clearance) is this going to be too small?
