UK (and European) faucet connections are fundamentally different from Canadian /U.S. connections. If you are trying to swap faucets between the two regions, they will not work out of the box and will require adapters.

The main differences across the Atlantic involve the thread standards and the supply line fittings:

1. Thread Standards: Canada uses NPS (National Pipe Straight) or NPT (National Pipe Taper) threads,. The UK relies on BSP (British Standard Pipe) threads, which are a different thread pitch.

You cannot usually find NPT-to-BSP adapters at standard hardware stores like Home Depot or B&Q. To make a UK faucet work in the US, or vice versa, you will need to purchase specific brass adapter fittings (such as a 3/7" US female compression to \1/2" BSP male)

2. Supply Line Fittings: Canadian faucets generally use 3/8" compression fittings to connect to the water supply valves under the sink. UK and European plumbing systems typically use 1/2" BSP (also known as G thread) connectors.

3. Testing and Certification: UK faucets are required to meet the standards specified by Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS). These are quite different from joint U.S./Canadian standards. So, even if installing U.K. faucet int he Canada. were possible, it would be illegal and most plumbers will not install it.

What I would do is telephone the company to find out if they make the faucet to Canadian standards. Some U.K. companies do. If so, ask where in Canada you can buy one.
