Searching for Elijah Blues...

Hello, I'm looking for Elijah Blues, the dwarf version, if there is such a thing. See the photo I attached. These Elijah Blues are small, bushier and wide. The only Elijah Blues that I've come across are 12 inches tall or taller.
Does anyone know where I can find Elijah Blues like these ones in the photo?

Have you searched under the full name, Festuca glauca 'Elijah Blue'? It's a common cultivar and readily available over here. I'm surprised you haven't found it. I googled and found several US sources including Monrovia.

Btw EJ is a specific cultivar, it doesn't have a 'short version'. It is itself a compact version of the species F glauca.
