Is there room for chairs? Pictures do not show space very accurately. Will you add a rug?

I’d want some softness in the space as I’d likely skip a rug, so would prob do simple Parsons chairs - perhaps with a slipcover for easy cleaning

Are the sideboard and console table staying?

Are you adding a chandelier?

Is the room‘s paint colors staying the same?

A floor plan with measurements, table measurements and photos of the adjacent room(s) would be helpful.

Sideboard is definitely not staying. Console is a maybe, I will add a chandelier, not enough room for a rug, probably curtains in the future

That is a very large table for the space. Can it be positioned horizontally to the windows?

We need room dimensions. It is always hard to tell from photos but based on these that table is much too large for the space. Once host and hostess chairs are at the table will you be able to walk by it on the stair end? It appears to go past the wall and almost up to the stairs.

Turn the table

I think the colorful fabric chair from Beverly will add a lot to the room. Comfort is important so have a cushioned seat, at the minimum.
Post the dimensions of the table and room. It does look pretty large for that space.

From my experience as a furniture sourcing specialist in Foshan, China, this heavy solid wood table screams for charred (carbonized) solid wood chairs to match its raw energy. However, for real comfort, I'd customize them with extra height and add removable, washable linen cushions. What do you all think?
