I have a large house and have two 90" sofas in my family room and I wouldn't want them any larger. That size seems really large for a studio.

In that AI rendering ... how are you going to watch TV from the side? You could do an articulating TV mount to turn the TV towards the sofa, but then you will have straight on glare from the window.

Use the furnishings plan assembled for the apartment with the TV on the short wall.

That sofa is way too large for the room. Consider an apartment sized sofa with a bench seat.

What other furniture did you want in that space? Two small couches is another way to set up the room. Or did you want one couch and some chairs?

A recent thread described how apartment-sized sofas have better proportions than love seats.

I would set the room up as it's shown in the apt floor plan because I would not want my back to that beautiful view, or the awkward angle for watching tv. If the larger sofa works, and it seems it does, I would keep it. It's a great color!

Depends you, guests, TV and more. You haven't spent a day in the place...right?

I have no idea where this current notion too hold, that one must have "casa perfection" on day of move in.. Design in haste? Repent at your leisure. : ) That's an old saw, but one with a whole lot of truth.

If you have friends that might visit, then the sofa would ideally have removable back cushions, making the seat/bed area wide enough for someone to spend a night or two on the sofa.

It's big, but it is great! I'd keep it. It fits the space; the floor lamp(s) is a great idea from @JAN MOYER, choose on with a tray; you probably can keep the plant in front of the lamp. Just get a swing arm for the t v.

Get a full motion one, so it can be turned toward the kitchen.

@JAN MOYER Her sofa is 90.5" not 84" as shown in your drawing. Will it fit? Seems tight to me against a 102" wall with a chair that extends into the kitchen area.

@tozmo1 - @JAN MOYER has shown in her drawing how the room could work with an 84" sofa along the 102" wall. When I read her comment, I understood it to mean that the 90.5" sofa works along the window wall if OP wants a large TV on the 102" wall + will mostly be lying on the sofa (vs. sitting) while watching it. Otherwise, OP could put an 84" sofa on the 102" wall with the TV on the wall across from it + add an accent chair.
