Jilly — mostly in the 60s so far. Yesterday was a bit cooler with a drizzly rain most of the day. Today we’ll be on a fjord tour (boat) and the high will be 57! Brr.

Major props to DH. Well, except for that last one.

My DH is the hotel finder. He's very good at it and I can only think of one miss that was thankfully just for one night before a cruise.

Location! Location! Location! Looks like your DH took that old adage to heart. Even if the cottage is a little on the rustic-spartan spectrum, the views look like they more than make up for it!!

Beautiful! I would have no problem staying there for those views. Like you said, only two nights.

Our last stop, in Bergen. This hotel is intetesting — our room is on the top (4th) floor and a bit tricky for 6’5” DH with all the beams and angled ceilings.
