Love the counter top! Where is it from?

We are building a Spanish home in the SF bay area. I would love to put a vanity top like this in one of the bathrooms!

Hello - How wide is the floor between the vanity and the tub and what are the dimensions of the tile rug? I'm wondering if my bathroom is big enough for a tile rug. Lovely work. Thanks so much!
