For one thing, there is really no need to worry- as the hardware police will not be showing up at your house. So, you can basically do what you want.

From a design standpoint: Something to factor in is how far are the sage island and beverage center from the wood cabinets. Proximity is something that could come into play. And you know your space- I do not, as you have posted no pics.

All this said- I, too, tend to lean in the direction of keeping the hardware the same on both- to anchor and connect the various finishes.

Below: this is not what you are doing, in terms of the variation in uppers and lowers - but you can see the benefits of using the same hardware, when there is a mix. You can also see that the mixing of hardware and styles can actually work, too- even when in close proximity.

So again- proximity, how things are arranged in terms of sight lines, style, personal preference, etc.- all of this can factor in. So it may not only be feasible to use two hardware types- but perhaps even preferable to use two types in your case. So ultimately, you have to be the judge.

Too much already keep the hardware all the same and simple

I brought home various styles and finishes (returnable) and held up to get a better sense of my preference. Considering you may use two, it would be really beneficial to test.

Yes, you can absolutely mix two hardware finishes in this case. Since the maple and sage cabinetry are intentionally different, using matte black hardware on the maple cabinets and champagne/honey bronze on the sage cabinetry creates a thoughtful, designer look.

The bronze hardware will also coordinate beautifully with your Brizo Luxe Gold faucet, while the black adds contrast to the warm maple. Just keep the hardware style consistent across both finishes for a cohesive result.
