modern organic new build. exterior help

Hi I’m doing a new build in Nashville. I really like modern tall and skinny type homes. The architectural committee requires 80% brick. I like modern organic vibes. I don’t have the budget for significant changes to the windows. I need suggestions for texture/ patterns/ color. I generated this AI image for what I have in mind so far. I need something to show my general contractor ( we are past the layout stage. Now I’m needing to complete elevation plans).

The left vertical segment is supposed to be sawtooth/ corduroy all the way from ground to roof. I like black. I wanted one signature accent like some wood that I could also incorporate into a mailbox. I like asymmetrical designs. My render seems kinda plain, any suggestions?

A thick cotton fabric with velvety ribs will not work well as an exterior finish in most climates.

@celery thank you for lightening up the photo. Here is another render. I need help thinking of other “color/texture” blocks. I considered a dark cream color for within the terrace but I think it looks too abrupt..? I’m sticking with a mostly black exterior.
