Planning a bathroom renovation (Perth, WA). First photo is the layout we were thinking, but adjusting it to an inset bath, to avoid the 0.3m wasted space. Thinking a large square window over the bath. We can't change the location of the door.
Thoughts? Suggestions? How can we improve this?
Second photo is current layout. Space where shower/bath is, is tight. People have told us we should keep this layout, as it means we have a separate toilet and powder room space for guests. Then just adding a second vanity in shower/bath space. We have a second toilet in our ensuite upstairs.
So, do we keep the current layout & just update it all or gut internal walls and open it all up (also changing the location of everything)? 🤔
3rd bonus option, although more money...is to do one large bathroom and convert our large cupboard next to bathroom into a toilet and powder room.
