A patterned area rug would be a good addition to the room to anchor the seating area.

Select a wood tone or black media cabinet for below the TV. Your room is not 'Farmhouse'.

Pulled back Pricilla Curtains are never going to be successful on the windows. Consider linen like drapery panels and or with fabric or woven woods Roman shades.

You have such great architectural character here with the brick, arches and wood, so I don’t think the room needs a lot more added to it. I’d actually focus on lightening and simplifying a few areas.

The wall around the TV feels quite busy to me at the moment. I would move the group of framed photos to another wall where they can work as their own gallery, and keep the TV wall much cleaner. That would let the brick and architecture become more of the focus.

I’d also introduce something lighter and more elegant overhead. There are already a lot of dark, visually heavy elements in the room — the brick, floor, leather and large wood table — so a beautiful glass chandelier in a warm tone could be a wonderful contrast. Something Venetian or Murano-inspired would bring in light and refinement without fighting the traditional character of the house.
