My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Jojo, those are not her designs. The powder room was grabbed on Etsy from a seller of peel and stick wallpaper. Not sure about the top one. If you look at her website, she does beautiful watercolors, and in the past designed/sold paper napkins. Website shows a small selection of available items. Her gallery of interior design photos are rather mundane. Yet her posts make it clear she understands various concepts. The Paris apartment by Francois de Marigny living room is featured here article.
^^^^^ I agree! I've seen many homes where it's clear that someone spent time watching HGTV/looking through many Pinterest posts/etc. - the room looks "nice" - however, it has an impersonal feel to it. I think that people's homes used to look unique inside - however, it seems like so many people have living rooms/kitchens/bedrooms/bathrooms that look very similar due to HGTV shows + Instagram + Pinterest + etc.
