Jojo, those are not her designs. The powder room was grabbed on Etsy from a seller of peel and stick wallpaper. Not sure about the top one. If you look at her website, she does beautiful watercolors, and in the past designed/sold paper napkins. Website shows a small selection of available items. Her gallery of interior design photos are rather mundane. Yet her posts make it clear she understands various concepts. @bbstx, don't doubt it. The Etsy shop had the same bathroom in various colors and wallpaper.

I've seen many homes where it's clear that someone spent time watching HGTV/looking through many Pinterest posts/etc. - the room looks "nice" - however, it has an impersonal feel to it. I think that people's homes used to look unique inside - however, it seems like so many people have living rooms/kitchens/bedrooms/bathrooms that look very similar due to HGTV shows + Instagram + Pinterest + etc.
