Sterile & cold cape cod kitchen

What to do? Recently threw a new coat of paint ( Revere Pewter 50% ) on my traditional Cape walls here in SLC as well as painted the cabinets from horrible 90's oak to a bright white with a lovely coastal blue in the cut out ceiling. Getting ready for new appliances. Any ideas for colour, style and accent colour pop?

Your kitchen is lovely. You did an awesome job painting those cabinets. The ceiling is beautiful. The coastal blue is a hint to the finishes. Re-do your chairs in that blue but only a darker shade with a white pattern in it. Play your kitchen up as new nautical using rich wood accessories, pewter and possibly accent it with coastal pictures that include reds or yellows. Stick with the same hues of color repeating them over and over.
