This is difficult to advise remotely. The colors can look very different depending on your light...some can take on green or yellow undertones when applied to your walls. The best advice is to take the two you like and try them on various walls to see how light and shadow affect them. I once chose a beautiful color for a client's dining room and didn't take my own advice - I was so positive the color would be perfect. But once painted, all the greenery surrounding the windows lent a greenish hue to the color. Lesson learned!

Thanks for the advice... It's a new build, so there is an added complexity in doing that. But I may just end up buying some sample paint and painting a few areas. Thanks again!
