It's always tough starting out on a large shower project. Some times it takes just that first step to get going. This picture showcases the very first two tiles I selected (the first step for this tile job) for this floating bench installation.

Notice how these two tile look like one piece cut in half. I needed to adjust the cut's on the original 1'x3' tile so the center angled vein would match. I also chose the tile on the right because of it's strong veining (three diagonal darker bands). This tile will be cut and the cut side will make up the vertical side of the bench.

The face of the bench will also be from the same tile so the entire bench installation should have a slab like feel to it.

Below this bench we will add an LED Lighting element and the bench was built by me so it is as strong as you like and can be enjoyed by two and not just one like so many floating benches require.
