Love the colours but the picture are way too high ,lower them down to eye level

i think the issue is too much contrast between the large white wall and the brown/gold terracotta palette the rest of the room has. if you paint the white wall a warmer creamy color, it will come together.

i think grey and white are best

for this living room

Gold warms the place up .

Lower art to about 8" above the back of the sofa, paint the wall and ceiling a creamy greige, and hang curtain panels from ceiling to floor.

Invest in a media center...


Center the dining table on the window and buy a great chandelier (hung 36” over the table top).

I suggest allowing the wallpaper to be the single focal wall, and pick up the medallion colour from it to use on the remaining walls. The artwork over the sofa looks a better scale for the dining area,(perhaps even over the bar @ right) and can be replaced with something larger over the sectional. If possible, all the vertical bits on the left wall should be relocated, and replaced with a standing lamp just behind the couch ( I am hoping there is a table w lamp on the other side to compliment) Move the dining table out, so that you can maneuver around it better. You might also consider a closed storage console for the TV, to cover all the extras, or a large bookcase/TV unit to cover the wall more, and replace the lone shelf. Taller drapery, with cornices and hung straight, would be another plus.
