Do you mean that you don't know how to make use of the room? Or how to make the fitness/toy area work together? Is this your furniture, and do you want to keep it in the room? Is it originally intended to be a bedroom? Does it face the front of the house?

It depends what is happening in the rest of the house and your lifestyle. Do you require an office or an exercise room ?

Should have included! I already have an office, work out room, living spaces etc i mainly need a way to fill space

Thisnroom is off ofnthe living room and is pretty small. I dont have any furniture yet so its a blank slate

What about a "ladies-cozy up- reading room"? But a nice couch there with all your favourite books and magazines there. Use soft fabrics infront of the window, that filter the light nicely. Maybe a soft blanket and cuddle up there.
Does the sports equipment need to stay there?

Beautiful windows, paint, rug already! You can leave it as is while you figure out if you want something different there.

I agree with others that if you don't have a use for it now, just leave it empty. Down the road, you may find a use for it. If it bothers you to see an empty space from the LR, can you hang a curtain or close a door to block it out?

Thanks all, I have beautiful french doors that go into the space so is very visible when you walk into the house. Love the idea about a reading area. The rug belongs to the current owner but I agree...it fits well.

Center a large round library table on a lovely rug, a few straight chairs, a couple of club or reading chairs, a good looking bookcase and call it "the library."

OMG, I love the color! I have been driving myself crazy trying to find a nice yellow for our new home. PLEASE hare the color name and make! For the ceiling did you use the same color or lightened it with white? Much appreciated

That will be such a pretty sitting room or office. I would put 2 nice comfy chairs in it with a little table for tea or coffee and my favorite book. It has great light.
