I would remove all the raised brick near the walkway. You can trim the walkway with brick but level with the ground. I would add a raised brick s-curve raised brick short wall in front of the windows about 4' from the house. Add lawn on the rest and add another raised planter somewhere off center in the lawn space. Plant a tree and some bedding plants in the lawn planter.

I would make the posts bigger also. Wood or brick.
