Help with tv wires over fireplace

New Home construction! Need help with how to deal with wires, cable boxes and dvd players, etc if I place flatscreen TV over stone fireplace. I will NOT be having book shelves beside fireplace. Fireplace will be room focus. One wall is windows with lake view.

Need to establish a closet near the room and have all of the wiring run from above the fireplace to that space and use RF controls. Since it is new construction, you have a great opportunity to do it right and not have to worry about it later. Much harder to retrofit.
