My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

basement before and after photo's

We wanted to make our basement more livable...it was just a place for the kids to hang out and play video games,with furniture we got for free...It wasn't very inviting

    We did this project with our Christmas party 2 wks away,I almost had a nervous break but Hubby came through and got it done..he built that burgundy wall and there is an office and a laundry room,at the opposite end of this photo he also put a full size closet...So much better and we had a great party...

    We were very limited on time and didn't want to spend a ton of money so the right wall is still cement,we plan to make it a sports wall of all our kids hockey photo's, medal's etc...
