Have oak medium color stain kitchen cabinets and island. We are going to sell house in few years but would 1st like to update home, but on a limited budget since we will be selling. I thinking about leaving the oak cabinets and maybe adding new drawer and cabinet pulls. I would like to do a laminate wood flooring throughout the home (except for bedrooms). I'm thinking about painting my island black for some interest. Would like to have granite counter tops. Any suggestions?
