I actually have that shade on my exterior doors. It has a unique brown/ grey finish that works with brick reds, white, and blacks. If you want a monochromatic look select a shade 2 or 3 tones down on the colour card. This will tie in nicely with the white and dark grey of the dining room. I feel more of the orange reds like tomato or hot tamale versus the blue reds like fuchsia or purple will tie in with this particular brown/ grey.
