This finish is pretty typical of what is commonly referred to as "Hand Scraped" pre-finished wood flooring...
...most of which is a distressing effect created by machines - not by hand.

This type of product is available from most any pre-finished wood flooring manufacturer.

Correct, it is a "hand scraped' pre-engineered wood flooring - more durable in waterfront conditions -
