My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    HI Shelly,

    Are you using the Houzz app. to create ideabooks? If so, you may need to sync your profile, because I see no photos added to ideabooks on your profile.

    To sync your profile on the app:

    Also, make sure that you are signed into your account when you browse the site. If you are certain that you saved photos to your ideabooks, feel free to email us at support@houzz.com and we will be sure to help you out.
