We recently had Armstrong Luxury Tile installed. Love it!

All the comments have been positive and the staff at home depot explained the entire process, so I'm going ahead and doing it myself. I hate ceramic...too cold and noisy...this sounds great and it looks really good too! I will post pictures and comments soon!

We have Armstrong luxury tile in our mudroom, upstairs laundry room and a couple of our bathrooms, including our 6 year old sons. He has terrible aim if you know what I mean and it cleans up very well. I asked the builder about sealing the grout before we moved in and he said it's a different type of grout that does not need to be sealed. I hope that's correct so the urine doesn't soak into the grout lines near the base of the toilet.

We do have a small chip in one of the guest bathroom tiles. I suspect something sharp was dropped there but I have no idea how it happened since I don't use that bathroom. I just noticed it when I was wiping the floor.

It's very hard to tell the difference between it and real ceramic tile. Ours is very rough and has lots of lines and grooves in it. Good luck!

Sid you install it?? Was it easy?? Is it still holding up??

I installed mine a year ago in the kitchen. The job was easy and the results fantastic. The floor looks as good today as when First installed, I recently installed TrafficMaster Ceramica groutable vinyl tile in my laundry room and bathroom and again, very easy with good results. Make sure you have a good sharp tile knife if you have to cut curves. The better quality tiles are quite thick. Go for it and good luck...you'll love the results.

we had lots of water damage and need the floor replaced in my kitchen, mudroom and family room. our kitchen, dinning room and family room is one very large room and I was looking at putting it in those rooms. Thank for the help.

Here is our installation of them.....easy to do. Hint: When grouting, keep a bowl of water and scrub pad ready to clean up the extra grout as you go. Will save you a lot of elbow grease later! Our tiles were purchased @ Lowes. See my Houzz book on the LR/DR update for the brand information.

My husband and I installed it ourselves in the house we just sold. People found it hard to believe that it isn't "real" tile!
