My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can u tell me the maker, name, and color of the wood floors??

    The stain is a custom mix. It's mixed from Minwax Dark Walnut and English Chestnut.

      The wood floors are not factory made. They 5" wide white oak strips that are installed and finished on site.

      Site finished White Oak floors are very popular right now. That ability to refinish them later with a different stain and finish will let you show them off for years. Here are a couple that we made for a client.

      it's a water based polyurethane Called Streetshoe. It's virtually odorless and dries fast. It also doesn't yellow. The finish is satin.
