With regard to whether it is in style or will add to resale value. I'm probably a little biased to be fair but the trend I see is that adding a wine room or a wine cellar to a home is very the up and coming style and something that can really make a home stand out from others.

Having a wet bar then in the wine cellar makes a lot of sense. Also consider that a wine cellar can be created in a surprisingly small space. Even an under used closet therefore can add an impressive feature to a home.
