Where does a photo go when it is uploaded?

I spent many many hours on houzz.com getting ideas for our new home. I want to share photos of our new home because I know how much photos helped me. If I upload photos: where do they go? does someone from houzz.com approve them? do they have to be professional caliber to make it on the site? I'm basically just wondering how it all works. Thanks!

Hi Mandy! If you click the Upload button the upper right corner, you get to choose where your photos end up! You can pick for them to be in either your Ideabooks or Projects. Hope that helps! :)

Yes I know how to upload photos but I'm wondering how it works from your side. If I upload some photos will people ever seen them or will they have to page through 5000 pages before they come across them? Does your company filter the photos? Thank you.

Users can find your photos based on the keywords you use. If you're uploading a photo of your kitchen, make sure you add keywords that relate to your photo so people who are searching for "kitchens" or "cookware" can come across your photo. The more keywords you add, the more likeliness someone will find your photo.

Where do you enter keywords when uploading photos? On the "photo credit" line?

Right now I'm noticing you have photos in your Ideabooks and none in your Projects. If you upload to your Projects, you'll be able to edit keywords there.
