Do you know the dimensions of this room?

I'm trying to plan a storage solution for our new house's laundry room. I'm trying to decide if it's wide enough to put things on both walls, or if its just too narrow. This room looks nicely proportioned. Nice job!

This laundry room is 9 feet wide (on the window wall) and 11 feet deep.

Yeah, mine is 6"8", and I'm guessing that the extra 2+ feet make a big difference. I'm afraid that If I fill up both walls, it will feel cramped rather than spacious and lovely. Thanks for the reply.

A typical base cabinet is 24" deep and most washer dryers are around 30" deep so with only 6'8" you will be too cramped with cabinets on either side. You could maybe get away with some shallow shelving on the opposite wall from the washer and dryer if you are really trying to squeeze in some extra storage. You definitely want to leave yourself at least 36" in front of the washer and dryer for that room to be comfortable though. Good luck with your project!
