I believe that they are from Circa Lighting with a custom backplate. They were selected by the very talented interior designer on the project. Since this was a home located in California we needed to meet Title 24 requirements. This code requires that all the lighting in the bathroom must come from a high efficacy source, such as fluorescent or LEDs, unless controlled by a switched motion sensor. If you use a switched motion sensor then you can use an incandescent source.

The downside to switched motion sensor is that the lights come on at 100%. This can be a little disconcerting first thing in the morning. Our solution was to specify a dimmable switched motion sensor. This allows full range dimming while still meeting code requirements. Both Lutron and Wattstopper offer dimmable switched motion sensors.

Would like to know more about the tile on the wall and the floor, such as brand, name etc. This look would be perfect in our new bathroom.

We didn't select the tile is project, but one thing I would recommend you do is to take a look at tile samples of both natural light and artificial light. The color of the light can greatly affect the appearance of the tile. Something that you pick out during the day can look very different at night. This is very true for paint colors and metal finishes as well.
