My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How is the art treated to handle outside conditions? Are they photos?

    photos are cut pages from a photography book. They are mounted on scrap pieces of sheet metal that were from the left over siding material from the house. I had the metal turned down an inch on all four sides to make "tiles".. almost the dimension of a paint canvas edge. The art is decoupaged so it is sealed on with the glue.
