Hi! Newsletters are emailed to you. Make sure you check your Spam inbox, sometimes they end up there too.

So you can't just open the app and find your newsletter? That's a design flaw.

On the iPhone and iPad apps, the newly letters are accessible in the ideabooks tab.

Open the ideabooks tab, open the topic list, the 2nd topic from the top is newsletters. Tap on that and you'll see a list of all newsletters.

Btw, the ideabooks tab shows a green sash when there is a new newsletter you haven't seen yet.

My phone uses Android OS. I checked the ideabook area just in case, but there isn't a newsletter category.

I had exactly the same problem, going round in circles in the app trying to find the newsletters. Eventually found it in the ideabooks section because of Guy's instructions but only by accident. I still couldn't find it so went to search and found there was a previous search still entered which was hiding it, once cleared Newsletters appeared in the menu. Would have thought Newsletters would be best at top level on the menu for immediate access, it being hidden is causing a lot of frustration for people!

No it's not! Ideabooks section.. haha! Goodness this app's confusing!

On ipad go to "Stories" at bottom then press "Topics" and Newsletters shows up as second Topic.
