My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Pendant lighting in bathroom

Are those lights damp listed for bathroom use? I haven't been able to find ANY mini-pendants rated for the bathroom. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for the question. No, the pendants aren't damp or wet rated, but they are outside the no-pendant zone as specified by the IRC and the NEC. Yes, the question of pendants and sconces near a tub or shower is very vexing!
