Hello Julie. Thank you for your great question. This actually is it's own separate entity, separate from the house itself. It was originally used for a charity event at the Michigan Design Center, but was later moved back to the owner's house when the event was over. As always I'm a little late to the party....This is absolutely fabulous. Yes, it could be constructed as DIY project however I think it might be perfect if constructed by a professional such as yourself. Please have Frontgate, Lowe's/Home Depot or someone market this beautiful piece.

Wow, this is so perfect on so many levels. I love it! AC cover/tool shed that keeps things up at eye level and out of sight. I always thought you'd have to put up a fence around your AC Unit and hope it doesn't look too ugly. This makes it interesting and fun to look at. Talk about a reversal!
