We have the same floor and used a black granite with a touch of red in it, I cannot remember its name. It worked well, but our cabinets were not white.

Red Marinace may be too much...but do agree with the black.

Love the floor... I am currently building a hacienda-style home, and this is the floor I'm putting in the powder bath. I'm also using talavera countertops. All the color is exciting to me. Are you wanting to be bold and colorful, or neutral and sophisticated?

I love reclaimed barn wood counters, especially with terra cotta tile floors. Not too dark and about 1 - 1.5" thick.

take a look at Cambria with colors to coordinate with your flooring color - counters need color

Granite, picking up all colors in room. Go a gold with rust, black. combo.
