What company makes tub and is the surround custom? If so, how?

Would love to have a tub with a surround but haven't had any luck finding one. Please tell me the details of this tub. Is it an air tub? What are the dimensions? What material is the surround if its custom & how does the ledge adhere to the tub? Thanks!
