My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Unfortunately we don't go to Central Ca. We are fortunate to be very busy right now in So Cal and couldn't give your project the time it deserves being so far away. My Father built about 8-10 homes up there over 20 years ago mainly for Dairy Farmers who moved up there from So Cal. We're just not set up to do jobs more than 100 miles away.
