If those are the color swatches you like I would go with the middle room. Even with the second picture it seems the room is dark. I would go with lighter paint and leave it to the window treatments to make a statement or pop of color if that's what you want for the room.

You could keep the drapes, but remove the valances...would update the room. Wonderful views out those large windows.

what about a darker grey with a green hue since it appears at least one of the sofas in lighter green, I would removed the valances too and consider some larger wall art or grouping of wall art for effect - frame should be more traditional with botanical pictures
would draw in green and beige and pick already in room

You have tons of light coming into the room…from what direction?
