Me too! I'm building in Montana at this very moment, and this wall color is THE color I want for the house. I've been trying different shades of yellows, but they feel either too bright or to grey. The wall paint in this photo is exactly the color I'm looking for. PLEASE share the name and brand of the color!

Kim, thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, I needed the color in January, so I was forced to choose a color based on the best guess of my colorist/designer and myself. The design firm that created this room was unable to locate the paint color name for me (I would have paid them for it!). Ultimately, I chose a Behr paint, Amber Moon HC-CT-01. Without furniture or window coverings, the paint color on the walls is more intense than we could have ever imagined! It is beautiful and warm at night, but at times in daylight, it ranges from screaming golden yellow to a perfect yellow-beige like I wanted.

If you are repainting, check out Farrow and Ball's Yellows. They are subtle and beautiful. The only other yellow I like is Hawthorne Yellow by Ben Moore.
