Hello... So the unfinished project thread got me thinking. I want to hire someone to remove the wallpaper in two bathrooms, below chair rail in a bedroom, and on one wall in another bedroom; have the drywall repaired if needed and have these rooms painted. Mind you these are average size bed/bathrooms. What should I expect as a reasonable hourly charge for this type of work? I've hired electricians and plumbers, so I'm familiar with those rates, but not something like this. I'm in NE Ohio. Any thoughts?
