My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This entire residence is gorgeous...we are in the beginning stages of building in NC, and I just love everything about this house. Would you mind telling me the source for the small ceiling lights as well as the source for your interior doors?

    Most door companies offer a 5 panel door...choose a regional company to keep your shipping costs down...unless cost is of no concern, of course. Check Simpson Doors & Tucker Doors for starters.

    Look at Brass Light Gallery for lights. Any door supplier in your area can supply "5 panel recessed doors"
