Bleach and a toothbrush to that nasty grout, post haste! Get a couple of grout pens and re-white the grout lines after you've scoured -- it will make it look much better. I'd recaulk where it needs and do touch ups on paint -- making sure to put on a killz type primer first on stains so they don't bleed through. That tile takes me back -- I used to live in a place that had that exact brown tile mix on the floors. Kinda scary to notice the whiteness of the tile that was exposed when they redid the shower door -- I wonder if the tile is permanently stained from pollution/age or if it can be scrubbed back to that white.
