Challenge!!Narrow living room without enter way - design help needed

We have a narrow living room. The front door opens to the living room and a sliding door is next to the front door. Kitchen is on the left side when you enter and is blocked off by a partition. The dilemma is how to decorate the living room without having the back of the sofa to the front door.

I don't understand why there are sliding doors right next to a swing door? are these doors leading to the front or back yard? If you could move to the back of the room and take a photo of the entire space that would be very helpful. Thanks!

It was a 70s building. I guess the sliding door is actually used as window...lol The door on the second picture is leading to the front. The door next to the steps at the last picture is leading to the garage. I don't have the picture that can capture the entire space right now. We are at the end of the escrow. The property is occupied now.
