I'm not sure the exact dimensions. But overall square footage was just about 500 total sq. ft. The yard sloped away from the house so there is a lot more fill out at the edge, where you see the Segmental Retaining Wall (SRW) and steps than it is over near the back door. In the back area, toward the house, we didn't have to fill much. You can see in the 3rd and 4th photos of this project how it got more shallow as we got toward the house.

So in this situation, to make a patio that is fairly level (pitched away from the house at about 2 percent) on a hillside, then you have to install an SRW on the outside and fade it in on the sides until it reaches grade. You fill the inside with compact gravel, that is compacted in lifts. First, your geotextile fabric goes down. Then 2-3" of course aggregate (3/4" to 1" gravel with some fines or dust in it) goes down. Then you compact with a plate compactor until it is fully compacted. Then 2-3" more of the compacted aggregate. Then 2-3" more. Compacting each time. We call this, "compacting in lifts". If you don't do it this way, the patio will settle eventually and it will look really bad. Once it's compacted and filled to the proper point, you finish it off in the same way you'd do any paver patio: 1/2"-1" of screeding sand, pavers, install sailor course or soldier course for border, cut pavers at inside edges, poly sand in joints, compact, activate poly sand with water. Done.
