Coordinating paint and backsplash ideas

Help... we have chosen Pental quartz Riverbank for our countertops with Cherry Nutmeg cabinets. I'm having a difficult time choosing a coordinating paint color... do I go gray or beige? Also, I'd like a simple 2x4 or 3x6 backsplash tile... also, gray or beige? Thanks in advance for any input!
