Hey! This is almost a year old...about to choose Adura vs. a laminate plank that we love the look of, but are nervous because it's laminate. Our other finalist is Mannington Adura Heritage Buckskin. How's the Adura???

Adura is good, but It's all in the install!

We have just put it inthe kitchen -- it is a ice product, but not the easiest to install (we used the snap together) . We missed locking a couple, so definietely be very careful... but we really like the looks and it feels nice underfoot. Pretty good at scratch resistance, as we've dropped and drug some things across it accidentally, and had dogs in there and no marring whatsoever.

@crowinghen - Thanks! What color is yours? So, be careful that each piece locks and...any other tips? Why did you choose the LVP vs. laminate planks?

The color is Pier. I can recommend a great place to purchase it if you need it.
I hate the sound of laminate. It just seems so cheap to me. Plus this is at a beach house so didn't want to worry about water on it.

How does it hold up to scratching? I couldn't find any info regarding depth of the wear layer for Adura (like most LVT show).

No signs of scratching at all- like the flooring alot- just touchy to install-Like I said , I found one or two areas where we didn't get it snapped all the way together. but overall I'm really happy with it. We will just be very careful when we do the rest of the floor ( I bought enough to do the whole house)

We have installed a lot of Karndean flooring and find it to be a very good product. The Karndean loose lay is a very easy product to install and repair if needed.

@crowinghen do you still love your Adura Max flooring? Do you have regrets? Any problems with it?
