My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks! It is the St. James Dining Table from Restoration Hardware. Yes. It is an extension table. Comes with two leafs and gets huge! We have one leaf in currently, because we entertained at Easter, and are about to have a graduation party in another few weeks.
