My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi I'm a NOLA native and I just can't get that dining room set out of my mind. I know its a vintage piece from the owners grandmother, but what is the wood? It's very different. I came across a table on OKL w wood that looks similar as well as age but I'm stumped for sure. Do the chairs have springs being vintage. Love it, wish I could find it somewhere.
