My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I think that this was a DwellStudio fabric back when they were just Dwell but I'm not positive. They are making a dot fabric with Robert Allen right now. Also, Marimekko has a small version of their KIVET fabric which is similar to this. Try txtlart.com for Marimekko, Dwellstudio.com for their fabric.
